Results From Our 2016 Client Survey

We feel so blessed to have such great clients who shared feedback on the services and benefits they valued most.

In November, we had 151 responses to the total 325 requests sent to clients, with an aggregate satisfaction score of 4.7 (of 5). We’re pleased to have great feedback, but more pleased to have insightful suggestions on how we can improve the experience of our clients.

Results From Our 2016 Client Survey

Client feedback is vital to our core value of continual improvement. Our team enjoyed reading all of the client comments, and after extensive internal discussions, we look forward to making the following improvements in the coming year::
  • Enhancing investment report options
  • Offering a more proactive communication plan and structured schedule for review meetingsEmbracing e-signature technology to make it easier to do business with us
  • Provide more awareness and guidance on using our client portal and mobile app as enhancements are introduced
  • Hosting more client appreciation and educational events
We will keep our clients and friends updated on the development of the above improvements throughout 2017. Thanks again for your trust, your confidence, and the opportunity to serve you and your family.
